OUR 1:1 SERVICES
At Life Skills Hub we offer a range of psychological and wellbeing services for children and young people including assessment, therapy, group work, consultation, and professional development training. Connection is at the centre of all we do at Life Skills Hub and all our services are underpinned by our shared values of respect, integrity, inclusion, community, and collaboration.

We understand there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ and as such our team of passionate, skilled and empathetic therapists are committed to taking the time to get to know you and will work collaboratively with children, young people, families and other important community members or supports to identify each child’s/young person’s unique needs.

As such, we provide individually tailored psychological and wellbeing services and utilised a range of evidence based and therapeutic approaches to support children, young people, and their families to build upon their strengths, overcome challenges and resource them to meet their full potential.
Psychology
Our psychologists assist kids, youth, and families in dealing with various challenges and requirements. Please note we are not a crisis response service, our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Counsellors support and empower their clients to address areas of emotional wellbeing and can confidently address difficult thoughts and feelings using a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Mentoring
Allied Health Assistance
We encourage young people to be their true, authentic selves, and our mentors do just that by fostering mutually cooperative and supportive relationships built on a foundation of trust; and doing activities our young people enjoy!
The role of an Allied Health Assistant is to provide therapeutic and program-related support to clients under the guidance of an Allied Health Professional (such as an OT). Our sessions can work complimentary with your regular allied health services.
