Dairy Free Chocolate

This recipe is from makeitdairyfree.com and is fabulous for a dairy free alternative chocolate! Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Oil

  • ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Cacao Powder

  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla


Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, over low heat, add the coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup to the pan.

  • Whisk constantly until well combined and a pourable consistency.

  • Add in the vanilla and whisk until just combined.

  • Pour into moulds and pop in the fridge. It should be set within 2 hours. If you do wish to add additional fillings, such as strawberries, or other chopped up fruit, add these in just before you pour!

  • Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Use as needed.
